The instructors are so friendly and encouraging. It's a class where you can get a lot if you're very athletic or if you're just starting out. I like the environment, and all the women are so kind. It's a hard workout, but I don't feel ravenous afterward like I used to when I was doing kettlebells. I love this class, and I am seeing results!

I enjoy the Barre 3 Foundations class on Mondays. It's not too packed, the pace is a bit slower than the other classes, and yet I still feel like I get a good workout. Everyone is friendly to me.

Love everythjng. People are friendly. The workout is amazing and I've been to many different barre workouts. Only thing (this is a personal preference only) I wish it was a little cooler in there. Just like 5 degrees cooker, cuz you work up a sweat! That's all! Love it!

Everyone was so friendly and eager to meet my needs. Since this was my first visit, I appreciated the individual instruction and the continued observation to make sure I was using the correct form in each segment. The receptionist was encouraging and made easy conversation. The instructor was accessible and willing to answer questions.
