What do you like about our services?

Friendly front staff & welcoming, attentive instructors. Challenging classes with modifications explained. Clean and nice facilities and many class times per day. Lots of parking available. Good "first timer" deals for new students. Awesome and inexpensive child are option for moms (or dads!) who are attending class.

I really liked how friendly and welcoming the staff was when I arrived and after class. The instructor was awesome! Really gave me a good work out! I also liked that she asked me what I thought about the class, it should that she really valued her studio

I really enjoyed the class. The ease of the instructions and overall flow of the class made it very simple to understand for a first timer.One day after, I like that I can feel the effects of the class, but I wasn't overly sore.

Great workout. Teachers are really attentive to multiple fitness levels.
Clean space- feels very modern and airy.
The online booking is challenging at first, but the waitlist system actually works really well. I've never NOT gotten into a class I wanted.

What do you like about our services?

Convenient times for classes, available parking (although I would prefer not to pay but it is in the pearl). I like the instructors. Very friendly staff.

I love the interaction. Fixing postures is something that helps me so much. I also like the times available. It fits my crazy schedule.

Warm, friendly staff from front desk to child care to instructor. Also loved the new songs and excited instructor. LOVE this place.

I so love that Kim I remembers my name and welcomes me every time I enter. I also love (and hate a lil) how tough Allyson Beam's class is....she continually kicks my butt!!!
