I have taken 3 classes with 3 different instructor and although each was somewhat different, I had an amazing workout. I felt energize and really good afterward. Because you focus on your movements, breathing and isolation of the muscles, you don't have time to think about a anything. Before you know it class is over and I love that.

The workout differs from instructor to instructor. I love that variety! It encourages me to attend different classes on the same day and keeps my motivation up to continue practicing moves at home on my own time.

The class was fantastic. The studio is beautiful - airy and well set up, the music was invigorating, and the instruction was smooth, clear, and effective. Staff was welcoming and efficient. It was my first of this type of class and I was able to keep up, have fun, and work my butt off!

The staff is friendly when you walk in. The instructors introduce themselves, and assess the fitness level of new clients. The instructors make sure you're using good technique without drawing attention to helping. The instructors have fit, real women bodies that I feel sets a healthy example, and realistic goals for clients. I've had a different instructor each class, and the intensity and quality of the work out is consistent. The studio is clean. The flexibility of the class schedule, along with the ability to cancel up to an hour before class makes Barre3 do-able with my sometimes unpredictable work schedule. I like having the ability to schedule classes on-line.

The staff and instructors are incredibly friendly and welcoming. More than a few have remembered my name- even a few days after meeting me. The instructors are really great at giving modifications and pacing the class and although they all follow the same general outline for the class the exercises are varied enough, especially between instructors, that I never get bored from one day to the next. The studio is soothing, clean, and overall its just a great feeling to come here!!
