It's the only exercise class that I've actually enjoyed! It's fun, and I get a good work out! I also appreciate that I don't have to sign up for a series of classes at a particular time in advance. There are plenty of class times to choose from, and I'm not "locked in" to a certain time. And I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff.
Everyone who works there is VERY friendly and it is not intimidating at all. All levels can be in the same class and you don't feel weird for not being as good or coordinated as others.

Good workout, always different, not intimidating
The class was not easy which is great! It forces you to work on your form so that you completely engage your core. I was sore for 3 days after my first class, which tells me I got a GREAT workout. I will be purchasing a membership definitely as I already feel stronger.

The staff is pleasant and very helpful. Instructors are very good. Definitely appreciate the community free opportunities. Instructor on Saturday at 1:00 was excellent; she walked around to ensure our positions were correct and at the same time very complimentary to the class on our efforts and participation. Unfortunately I am out of the city months at a time, so my visits are not frequent. So far, I enjoy coming to the classes.
The teachers walk around and offer suggestions on modifications and have to better the movement rather than just telling the class what to do.
