Beautiful, peaceful facility with a charming staff! Loved my class and Sadie, my instructor, was incredible. Very upbeat, fun class!

I like the structure of the class and how that is the same but that the exercises are a little different every class. It never gets boring.

All of the instructors are so friendly and always so helpful with modifying poses when they aren't working for me. It's such a great workout - high intensity but low impact, and the results are evident immediately. I love barre3!

What do you like about our services?

Beautiful studio, engaging and fun staff and love the simplicity of the class. It's both fun and challenging. I love going and look forward to it.

That said, the cost is a bit high and may not allow me to go as often as I'd like.

I have enjoyed all the instructors -- I learn something a little different from each one. I like the space very much, and it is very convenient to my house. I usually come to the 6 am class and I would like that to be expanded to include Tuesday and Thursday.

Obviously it is a great work out. A few of the newer girls lack the intensity that I have become accustomed to so I just avoid their classes.
