Where do I begin? :-) From the very moment I started at Barre 3 Needham I have appreciated everyone that works there. From the desk staff to the instructors, I always feel welcomed. As someone that was new to the barre workout back in October of 2014, I so appreciated the warm and inclusive feeling I felt there when I started during the week of free classes when you opened. It can be intimidating to start a new type of workout, but I felt comfortable there from day 1. The workouts are amazing. I have attended classes with so many different instructors and I love them all. It doesn't hurt that you are located in a 15 minute walk from my house! I am so glad that my town has such a great place to workout!

The staff are amazing. I love the studio and all of the girls that attend class. I have tried several gyms and I am never able to stick with it. Because of Barre 3, I am working out four times a week and actually look forward to it! Love it!
