I love it! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and the workouts are so positive, refreshing and transforming. I wish I could keep doing it but I can't afford it right now. Hopefully one day I can get back on it. Thanks for all that you guys do!

Very friendly staff and were very attentive considering it was my first time. Instructor was also attentive throughout the class. Class was not too crowded so that helped, too. Also really liked the class in general, especially compared to other barre classes I have taken. It was accessible and I liked the light cardio in the beginning.
It's a fun and positive place to workout. Everyone is always nice.
I like that class sizes are capped and that a reservation means you have a spot! Really clean and welcoming space.

The instructer was really great and made you feel comfortable.
Everything- especially Lisa Shale Drake- she is an incredible instructor. Not a moment is wasted in that class. I felt like I could do all the poses, she described them really well and I got a lot out of it.

great classes with excellent instruction
Classes are multilevel so I can go at my own pace. I like that it has an aerobic aspect, but that strengthening is the focus. No jumping. Instructors are knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful, and encouraging.
