What do you like about our services?

I really like the childcare option. It's nearly impossible for me to get to my gym (SamFit) because they don't have childcare so I'm quitting them and using my wellness dollars for you next year.

I also like the options of exercise levels depending on where I am at physically. Right now I have a long way to go.

Finally being able to log in and just sign up makes it easier for when I have time to do so which is randomly late at night usually.

The instructor was very attentive, clear, and positive.In a full room she made her presence and support well known. She provided valuable feedback and explained well how each exercise was to benefit the body as well as the target areas the exercise should work on.

Holy workout! It was awesome - the pace was great - not too fast for a beginner to keep up, but not too slow to bore. Instructor was great, workout was great, and very positive (and clean!) atmosphere.

All the instructors are so friendly and welcoming. It can be intimidating to try a new work out in a new location, but I felt right at home as soon as I walked in the door. Both locations are beautiful, and the workouts are amazing. I feel so great after every class!
