What did you like about your barre3 experience?

Everyone is friendly, the classes are enjoyable because there is usually good music and the instructors are all skilled, dedicated and friendly, and I have found the method of exercise to be very effective.

The instructor was very friendly. She quickly and kindly aided in form adjustments. The class had fun upbeat music and combined with the great challenge made the hour long workout fly by.

What did you like about your barre3 experience?

Very friendly staff, from receptionist, to child care,to instructor!! I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I love that the instructor gave me a tour, and continuosly showed modifications (both accelerate/decelerate) throughout the entire class. The child care staffer was super friendly and engaged my kids right away. And the receptionist was very warm and genuine while helping me. A great workout for both the body and the mind!

-everyone was very friendly; - they set up my equipment for me so I had everything I needed my first visit; -great workout; - instructor offered variations for all different skill levels

What did you like about your barre3 experience?

It's a total body workout and you literally feel your muscles strengthening and toning within the first two classes. I don't leave their out of breath and dripping with sweat.... Which is all I was used to in the past to prove I was getting a good workout. Instead I know I'm getting an amazing workout by the way my muscles and my body feel and the soreness which let's me know I'm targeting these areas of my body and it's working!! I love that!

What did you like about your barre3 experience?

It's no secret,I love Barre3. It's my happy place, and the bright spot in my crazy days! The instructors and front desk ladies are amazing! They take the time to greet you and get to know you. I truly love that modifying poses is encouraged and praised- not shunned upon! I modify ALL THE TIME! The online workouts make it easy to stay on track while traveling or on vacation. Each class is challenging yet fun! I am officially hooked for life!
