Charlee is great! Always love taking classes from her because they're so challenging and they're always different. The facility is always clean and it's easy to find classes to work for your schedule. One later class time would be nice...maybe an 8:15 pm.
Intense but fun work out. Sara Catherine does a fantastic job of educating you about the moves but keeps it light hearted & fun.

I like the overall feeling of energetic exercise. I have signed up for Barre3 online as I do not live in Seattle - just visit with my daughter Brooke. So I am hoping I will do the online regularly.
A great efficient workout able to get a full body workout in just an hour
Throughout every exercise, there were different options given depending on your level and ability and I think this makes everyone feel comfortable. Also, everyone is very sweet and we're all there for the same reason

Great workout - hard, but not hard on my body. Continually changing music & routines. Super friendly, supportive instructors & staff. More motivating than exercising on my own.
Everything, especially the expertise of the instructor. Very welcoming and felt very comfortable even though I was I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up in the class before I walked in.

I love absolutely every aspect of barre3! The team (Pace and Danelle) are fabulous, the atmosphere is so relaxing and the workouts are incredible. I <3 barre3!!

Good workout. At another barre studio I tried the instructor verbally instructed and did not actually perform the exercises- I did not like this. At Barre3 the instructor actually performed all the workouts- which I like. That is very helpful to me.
The positive attitude of the instructor and encouragement. I also liked that it works my muscles in different ways than my workouts usually do.
I already do yoga a lot and love the strength building in Barre. But it has the similar element of yoga where you are in your own body trying to get through the exercises.
Kimberly was awesome - she knew our group was runners and she tailored the class to us. Telling us throughout what each move was doing to benefit our running. SO often I hear different classes like hot yoga are bad for our sport, but Kimberly talked us through it and made me a believer!
All of it, from the instrucors to the gals upfront gretting you when you walk in.
I love the encouragement from the instructors, and how relaxed, AND successful i feel when I leave a class.
I love that it is individual and unique to what is working for my body. The instructors challenge you to push yourself and make every class fun and inspiring.

I loved how I felt after even just one workout. I haven't found anything that works my core more effectively. Barre3 classes are encouraging even if you aren't in the best shape. I love the environment of support that barre3 creates, not to mention the fantastic workout!
I liked so many things. First, the welcoming at the front desk. The owner was very charming and the assistant very upbeat and helpful. Their appearance was impeccable.
Second, the studio was clean and fresh looking.
I was very impressed with the instructor and enjoyed the challenging workout.
And third, I can't wait to take another class!

The foundations class is awesome. The instructor takes the time to help you and modify any positions to benefit your body. Hoping to be more flexible soon!
I love it when we do a good mix of cardio and weights. I just wish there were more mirrors on the other walls.
It's a great all body workout. All of the instructors bring their own special twist to each class which means that you never do the same work out twice.

I never get tired of it and the workout is challenging and fun at the same time.
