Beautiful and clean facility. I felt like I got a great and challenging work out that would help me achieve my fitness goals without the workout being to unreasonable. I also thought that the workout was great for anyone on any fitness level. I really enjoyed being able to work my core and problem areas without putting myself at risk for injury. The next day, I felt like I had worked out the correct muscles and did not feel like I had experienced any injuries like I have in other fitness classes. It was a great overall experience.

I liked that I could work at my own pace and that the instructor presented various modifications for each exercise. I also appreciated the corrections from the instructor on positioning and posture.

I like the community-feel and how everyone is friendly and welcoming. The instructor is helpful and encouraging. Even as a first-time client, I didn't feel intimidated.
I like the lightness and brightness of the Pearl's space. I like the age diversity of the members. Above all, I enjoy the Barre 3 exercise method and love what it does for my body. D'nece is a great instructor!

The teachers! I love how it's all about making what ever experience you need to make it for that class and the 1:1 posture adjustments is also key in having having a great day in class. Modifications are lifesavers too. I take classes at another studio and they tend to be "purely" competitive - which isn't part of the Barre 3 concept! love it!
The instructor, Stacey, was really enthusiastic and motivating, she kept me going even through challenging movements! She explained each movement and offered modifications so that we were all exercising safely. The studio itself is beautiful, and I left class feeling balanced and energized even though I had just done a tough workout!
I love Barre3 because it never gets any easier! The instructors are constantly giving ways to modify up or down, so I really can make the workout my own. I also feel like it is a great workout on it's on (4-5 times/week) or as a complement to other workouts, such as running (1-3 times/week). Most of the time this is to cross train for my half marathon training, but I've also gone months where I've just done Barre3 (both in studio and online) and I still feel just as strong!
It was gentle, not hard core but effective.
Great instructor! Made my mom and brother- who had never taken a barre3 class feel super comfortable. Clean studio and a really great work out!

I can say I have been missing some of the dedicated core workout at the end of classes. It seems a shame to miss that final act of intention on the core. For me, it not only reinforces the focus of the class but there is nothing that makes me feel stronger/more accomplished than a tight (sore) abdomen!

Helpful teacher and small class. But I think that the exercises for hamstrings with small ball are much ore effective on the Mat because the ball keeps falling off when done at the barre and there's better positioning for hips and knees on the mat. Just a suggestion
It's fun and energizing and I feel super strong and healthy when I'm going to classes regularly!
I'd like to make a comment on a package I purchased in July-the Summer Special: Buy 10 Classes, Get 2 FREE. This sounded fantastic at the time, but unfortunately my summer has been so crazy with work trips, I have been unable to attend barre. I have literally travelled every week this summer. I have only been able attend two, and with one week left until the package expires, will definitely not attend another 8 more. This is very frustrating for me, as I am basically throwing money away. In speaking with someone at barre3 Pearl, which is where I attend, they said there's nothing to be done. Really? Nothing? I mean, nothing? I'm not asking for a refund or an extension of classes, but life happens (or work happens) and here I am out nearly $100+ dollars. I would appreciate any feedback regarding this issue.

Very friendly staff on the phone and in person. They made me feel welcomed and gave me a tour when I got there. They made the experince of starting at a new work out facility a pleasing one!
Great core workout and positive energy!
I like the versatility of the classes and teachers...I find that no 2 classes are alike. I love the personal approach. Everyone there is so friendly and knows you and I think that is a nice touch.
