I thought it was a tough work out but I appreciated that there were modifications I could do if a particular move was too difficult. I thought Janelle was a fantastic instructor and loved the music and space. I will be back again.

All teachers are friendly and each class is great but has it's own flare based on the instructor.

It covers all kind of exercise, cardio, planks....etc, and the exercises change often so it is never boring.
I think it's a really good workout and I enjoy the overall vibe.

i love the teachers and the feeling of strength and balance I"m getting as a regular barre 3 member. i've never been very consistent with exercise before and i like the feeling of going somewhere beautiful and positive a few times a week. Love the "me" time. Only thing I'd recommend is changing up the music a little, i feel like I listen to the same playlist over and over in there! other than that, my experience is perfect. THANK YOU!!

easy to follow. good workout with instructions for different levels of intensity. One improvement - music was too loud at times to hear instructor.

Angie, the instructor and Fallon were so welcoming and attentive.
Meredith was very kind and helpful with postures--which was great since I was a first timer and quite nervous. She was very energized (esp for 6am) but still made it so the class felt like a calm and relaxing way to wake up. The music was great, the studio is very bright and clean, the equipment smells brand new. The locker room facilities were also nice and clean and laid out so that there was a lot of privacy. I liked how I didn't even need to bring my own lock, towel, hair dryer, or even shampoo! I wish there were more than one shower, however. All in all, a cute, chic studio and I'm excited to go here regularly!!
The studio is beautiful. From the assistant manager to the instructor, and those taking the class with me, it couldn't have been a better experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The class was great. The instructor was so friendly and really helped me understand the different moves during class, making sure I did everything correctly.

Instructors are amazing, strong sense of community, fantastic full-body, low-impact workout.
