Barre3 is the best total body work-out I have ever experienced which is still gentle on my joints! I had tried a barre-type class in the past and, since I have no dance background, I spent half the class just trying to get into the right position. With barre 3, you are working from the moment you step in the room. The moves are straightforward, and the instructors constantly give you feedback on how to get more out of it, or modify in a way that is still effective. The online video option is nice as well, but the energy from a studio class can't be beat!

REALLY wish you had 5:30 am classes during the work week and earlier classes on the weekends. We mamas and teachers need to get up early before the kiddos wake up!
Right now I try to come once or twice a week, but I think I would be there everyday if some brave instructor was willing to wake-up early enough to be there at 5:30 am

I loved the up beat music and the instructor. I think her name was Daniesha? Everyone was nice and welcoming. I'll defiantly be recommending this studio and coming back for more classes!

Very welcomed and I loved that it was a barre routine I had not done before. Samantha was awesome. She helped me with modifications because of my bad knees. Great class!

Love the classes and instructors. One thing I would like to see if y'all could do is have wipes to wipe down the weights and ball after class :) I get mine sweaty! I've used EO products before when cleansing helmets at an old job. Thank you for already cleaning up the mats.
