I love the all around vibe! The instructors are great and well trained. The music is always upbeat. I love how there's almost always something fun going on, too!

I really liked the class with Bo and the whole barre way of exercising. The woman at the front desk (I'm sorry I forgot her name, but this was Kirkland, WA, 4:30 on 10/20) was really great!

The instructor made me feel comfortable. The moves were explained really well and all the modifications were helpful. I enjoyed the music and the facilities were clean and attractive.

Awesome workout, very strong workout but not too hard, no pressure to do everything, plenty of options and alternatives given, a super happy instructor and friendly, who really knows her stuff! I believe her name is Allison. I will be coming back because it was that good. It was my first time too! Thanks!!!

LOVE the kid-friendly environment and that you can be a few mins late and NOT turned away. APPRECIATE the extra diapers + changers in the bathroom! Love the clean and stylish interior. Friendly upbeat instructors who balance showing form to class and touching-base around the room. Top it all off with a great workout w lots of variations, never plateaus!

Friendly and competant teachers and staff. Equipment always clean, nice touches like hand towels and feet wipes, hair bands etc.

The most effective core workout I have ever experienced and it only takes an inch of effort!
The front desk staff is amazing and the studio is SO CLEAN! All of the instructors have pushed me beyond my comfort zone and it's working! This studio has become an extension of my place of zen. I am usually the only male in class and I am made to feel right at home.

It was my first visit so don't have a lot of history to share yet. But my first experience was positive with the welcome I received from the owner/instructor. The ease of understanding and instruction of the class and the great workout/atmosphere.
