So, it's been a while since I have worked out, I am truly out of shape. I heard about Barre3 from my coworker/friend Alia Bower. She talks Barre3 up to everyone, and even encouraged our boss, Kyoko Abe, to attend classes on a regular basis. I have just started taking classes, around the Thanksgiving Holiday, a time when there are a lot of substitutes filling in. Every single instructor is incredibly refreshing- in that they all radiate joy, gentle encouragement, and for 6 AM classes, they seem to be super happy to be there. Which also makes me happy to be there. The classes have a great flow, and I definitely can see how everyone around me in class has such a killer body. I love the workouts, I love the music, I love the atmosphere. Tomorrow is my birthday, and I have invited my best friend to Barre3 tomorrow for a 6AM class. All I wanted for my birthday was for her to come to Barre3 with me. Everything you people are doing is on pointe! I am a working, part time student right now- so I have to make a big decision soon when it comes to membership- I may opt for online classes due to finances. We shall see. Barre3 is so much more than a workout, it is a beautiful place where one can come to truly honor their body, mind and spirit! Thank you all for your talent, kindness, and excellent service.
I appreciated that when I had been away for awhile due to an injury, two instructors welcomed me back and helped me re-integrate. I appreciate that I can get a really good focused workout. I use barre3 for cross training for running and cycling and it's perfect.

Incredible atmosphere of women who are always giving nothing but positive feedback to all of us every time I come to class since the beginning. I love every single instructor and the classes. Don't plan on ever not attending Barre class.

The studio was clean, the receptionist was friendly, and the class was awesome. The instructor pushed us but also paid personal attention to each person to make sure our form was correct and we got the best work out possible.
I like that all levels of fitness can take the class.

The staff is very welcoming and supportive. I have tried many different workout programs over the years, but this is the best. Barre 3 is challenging yet elegant. My body is firming up yet I am more flexible. I feel relaxed and strong after attending a Barre 3 class. The studio is lovely. I love Barre 3!

I like that the instructors check in with people before class about any injuries. I like that there are options for everyone. I really appreciate the flexibility of the workouts, options with weights or to not use weights etc. I appreciate that their is no competition or pressure to do something a certain way.
