Client Testimonials
I love the community of people, the attitude of the instructors, the amazing workout, the wonderful daycare. It's been hard to get into the 845 classes lately. The two hour cancellation policy is a bit tough as things come up last minute and then a later class is preferred but technically you can't sign up if under the two hours- some competitors have a more flexible cancellation policy which is nice. That's my only issue and to be honest it doesn't come up that much for me. Everything else is awesome!
The beautiful studio, excellent instructors, childcare, fun workouts, nice music, everything!

New challenge for my body
Good full body exercise
The knowledgeable and friendly instructors and staff, the workouts, the Flex Plan option and the cleanliness of the studio.
It is a very unique work out! I loved all the instructors/workers I met-so friendly and helpful!
Jenny Rebecca was very hands on, offered modified poses and kept things fun and lighthearted while delivering an amazing work out!!
The class was challenging and it gave me a great workout
I love the instructors and the frequency of classes.
I am disappointed in the 25% increase in the drop in classes and well as some of the packages, and the elimination of the 30 class package. I realize this is a corporate decision. You may pass this on to them. 25% seems excessive.
I love Barre3 Millcreek!!! All the teachers are awesome and friendly. Such a great environment to be a part of. Would LOVE to have a 6am Tues/Thurs class though.
Great music, class goes really fast, but I still leave feeling I had a good workout.
How personal the instructors are
experienced trainers, full body work out. Number of classes. Cancellation policy
Great workout!
Everything!!!!
The instructors are all so friendly and they make you feel welcome.
I love the atmosphere of the studio and that I get a full body work out.
I'm a 51 year old guy and I bought a 2 month package with my wife in part so we could do something together. What I didn't expect was how much more flexible it made me and how much better my overall body felt after doing the classes. The instructors are all very nice as well as the people that work the front desk.
It was an unexpected delight. I had anticipated a mundane workout that was hard and unpleasant. What I found was Derek is a very good instructor. His directions are precise...his workout interesting and his style makes it fun. So inspite of extreme soreness I retuned after one day of rest and was not disappointed. The exercises were changed up a bit making it feel like a different class.
I have already recommended one friend and she loves it and am working on others!
Kathleen kicked my butt, but I liked it!
I liked how I had a full body workout that was completely different from what I am used to. It was a great new experience that I would enjoy continuing.
I LOVE barre3! I feel stronger than I have in a long time from the fitness routines the instructors plan for their classes. Each one has her own style and energy and that keeps things fresh. I learn more about my own body from listening to them tweaks for getting the best out of the workout. My knees are getting stronger because of the quadriceps and hamstring work we do in every class.
It gives me enough strength training and cardio with a little yoga and meditation.
this was my first time - i've done pure barre before. the biggest difference is that the instructor (i think her name is samantha?) was super engaging. I like that she would walk around the room and do the poses with us in different spots (instead of just staying at the front). in pure barre, the instructors are sometimes not as energetic, and sometimes seems like they don't really want to be there. It's also nice that you offer modified versions of each of the poses. By the end i was really sweating which was great.
The instructor
I like the welcoming spirit of barre3. Not only, the instructors but the clients as well. I was really nervous about joining and was put at ease by the entire community. Great place to be.

Community; feels like family; love that the teachers and women are all cheering each other on; love the whole body/mind/soul connection; always leave feeling invigorated and ready for the day ahead. Tiny suggestion--would enjoy spending more time on little, challenging arm movements that really burn and fatigue the muscle. I miss that sensation, oddly enough, and haven't had sore arms in a while, probably b/c I'm moving too much and not working any one area long enough...maybe??
