The workouts are consistently challenging, yet can be modified if I am extremely sore, fatigued, or injured. I've never encountered a friendlier staff anywhere I've worked out before.

It's welcoming and more diverse than other local barre studios. I like that modifications are always offered in class.

The instructor we had today, Heather, was fantastic. I have been going to barre3 since Sadie had one studio in Portland and I haven't sweat like that in a while.

I like the variety of workouts that prevents me from getting bored. One thing I do wish was incorporated more is cardio blasts. Some instructors seem to cut this portion of class short, leaving me to feel like I didn't get a sufficient workout.
