Our inspector, Brianna Cortez, was amazing. She was very friendly to us from the get-go and explained to us how the inspection would go. She inspected the property with the utmost attention to detail. My wife and I were the clients and we didn’t know a single thing about houses, so we had a lot of “dumb” questions, but Brianna was patient in answering all our questions and providing potential solutions for repair/improvement. She discovered an issue with the garage door that prevented it from closing, and she went above and beyond by repairing the garage door so it could close to protect the current owner’s belongings, stored in the garage.
As clients, we were incredibly impressed by Brianna’s expertise, professionalism and client service, and we are very happy with the report she prepared for us after.

Hal was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was patient, taking the time to explain everything to me in language I could understand. He did not hesitate to answer my questions, even though I had many. You could tell he enjoyed what he did and was very confident when presenting his findings. I really appreciated that he had the report to me the very same day, being contientuous of my time limitations. He came highly recommended by my realtor and I was not disappointed. I would use him again.

Vahn was very detail oriented and happy to answer questions as they came up. Final report was clear and easy to read with images showing expected setup in cases where there were discrepancies vs what was seen during the inspection.

Mike was personable and professional. He went over the main issues that were found during his inspection before he left and answered all of my questions, so I had a better understanding of the work that needed to be done. His report was though and highlighted recommend repairs and regular maintenance needs for the property. I reached out to him after the inspection with some further questions. He was prompt at returning my call. He answered all of my questions and concerns, so I had a better understanding on what I needed to know about the property I am buying.
