Vahn did a great job in doing a thorough home inspection and at the same time explained what his findings were while doing the inspection. It’s a great thing to engage with the customer (in this case a home-buyer) to communicate the findings as it happens.

The written report is another thing. It’s a long and comprehensive report that includes recommendations and links to resources, as well as estimated costs of repairs/fix towards the end.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend .
