Used Carson Dunlop for a seller’s inspection. It was fast to get an appointment, inspector (Scott) was on time, the report was thorough and was provided that evening via email. Very helpful to have in advance of going to market to eliminate any surprises. Highly recommend and would use Carson Dunlop again.
