Great teachers and instructions on form and technique for you personally. You learn what works for you ,your strengths, and weaknesses and why. Not a trainer that count reps as you flop around!!!
I like mostly everything about the gym All the trainers are really nice and friendly and so are the people that go there Mostly everybody says hi to one another. I've been working with Paul and had a couple sessions with other trainers and have watch them walk with other people I just think that everyone is top-notch. I think it would be nice if the gym was open maybe for an hour or two longer on the weekends but it's not a dealbreaker Thanks everyone it Orange Shoe can make me feel welcome Name removed

Personalized ... friendly ... listening to my whole-person needs for a PLAN with lots of flexibility to accommodate what I hope for.
