Jake is the best! Jake is able to accommodate people who need modifications. He is aware of limitations you might have and proactive about offering suggestions .

Orange Shoe (Fitchburg) offers personal and group sessions built to meet my goals. When needed, my trainer alters my sessions based on my physical abilities so I may maintain scheduled workouts. I also appreciate one-on-one discussions and encouragement to keep me on track. I would highly recommend anyone to join Orange Shoe.

Everyone there is so nice the facility is awesome it's got everything you need. I work with Andrew and Brent I love them both they're great about pushing me to my limits but not so hard that I don't ever want to come back. My next step is to work with Greg, And nutrition. I'm excited that they offer this service for their clients as well
