I have had a superb experience at Orange Shoe, This is mainly due to the expertise and understanding of my trainer Melissa Wendolek. She is extremely understanding in getting to know my needs and qualifications and designs her sessions accordingly. She understands I am an older person and has certain limitations, which we gradually work to overcome. I had thought that training would mainly involve aerobic fitness training, yet she works on balance, dexterity, strength and some aerobics. Most importantly she is always positive and honestly complimentary when appropriate, and she is also willing to adjust her schedule to meet my needs, I have the strongest recommendation for Melissa Wendolek and Orange Shoe. I like the downtown trainers - they push me in a way I won't do on my own, they are invested in helping me reach my goals, and they make working out fun.
I like the flexibility of available session days and times. I like the app and being able to schedule my own sessions.

Ive seen a lot of great progress, so it works. Its easy to fit in my schedule because the location is so close to work.
Always fun classes, trainers are always able to modify movements to be more challenging or accomodate physical limitations. Trainers always make safe lifting and workout movements a top priority.
