The employees are always happy to see us and our dogs. Many times the manager has come out to chat and has always given good advice. My dog is always tired after her play time so I know she hasn’t been sitting in a corner all day. The staff are engaging when I look through the camera to check on my dog. It is always clean and it never smells “doggy” in the reception area.
