Friendly staff and the love our dogs.
The flexibility
Friendly and easygoing staff who are a pleasure to deal with. You can tell everyone really cares about the well-being of the dogs. My Buster loves coming to see his buddies at Dogtopia Bloor West and I am completely comfortable having him stay there not only for daycare but also during extended trips outside of Ontario when he needs to be boarded.
There is always someone in the room. I like the meet and greet that insures all the dogs are safe.

The space is clean and welcoming, the staff are friendly, and I feel that my dog is safe with them. We love the enrichment opportunities they provide and the extra care you can feel in the way they interact with the dogs. The staff has been very helpful when we've had minor issues that needed to be addressed, and provided guidance to us as new dog parents. We also recently had our puppy's first weekend sleepover, and after 2 nights and 3 days at Dogtopia, he wanted to go back the next morning! That makes us feel good about the care he receives. Great job!!
My dog has a wonderful time each day I bring her in for daycare. Love the video feed on the rooms! The staff are wonderful and they have really put in the effort to get to know my family and our dog.
Staff are so helpful and responsive. Scheduling and payment is super easy. Archie is happy every time we drop him off and pick him up. Having grooming and boarding options is so convenient. Location is amazing.

Book online for my dogs appointments and boarding (although sometimes it doesn't get approved so I have to call but I have never been denied), my dog loves going there and gets very tired out. I love that there are separate rooms for different energy dogs since my dog will try to play with low energy dogs and get them riled up even when they aren't trying to play and sometimes it can be an issue but fortunately does not happen here. Small gripes are that I wish you were open on weekends since I work on weekends and would love for my dog to go to dogtopia on Saturday. Also I wish you had a location that was more suburban that was easier for my family to get to because we would bring him more often. I have already told friends to bring their dogs here that have similar energy dogs to mine and their only gripe is also the same location "issue"(too busy when living on the outskirts of town).

Levi loves coming to daycare. We watch him during the day and he is always having a blast. Staff is super attentive and engaging with the dogs.
Levi comes home tired. What more could we ask for!
The incredibly friendly staff. The safe environment for my dog. The feeling of going to work without quilt or stress knowing he is having a great time with other dogs instead of being stuck in a crate alone at home.
Friendly staff who absolutely love dogs, clean facilities and general positive atmosphere. I feel comfortable leaving my furbaby in their care for the day.

The staff are always polite and professional.
Everyone is always so good with my fur babies. They are taken care of very well by all and they call them by their names. Tyler is the best my babies run right to him ready to be groomed. My Shitzu Lucky Stars doesn't even need them to guide her to the playroom they can drop her leash and she will head to the door.
Vala loves Dogtopia. Staff are very friendly, Vala is very excited to go there and play.

Very friendly staff...
My dog, Zoey, has been enjoying Dogtopia Kitchener for more than almost four years, starting with the other puppies in the Toybox and then 'graduating' to the gym.
She comes home happy and tired, and I can exercise my 'helicopter puppy-parenting' by indulging in the webcams to check in on her from time to time.
