Sam was my stylist. this is the third time she has cut my hair. energetic and enthusiastic and professional whether at the begining of the day or end she provides the same great service. she takes her time and makes sure the cut is right. i never feel rushed. she does a great job with the MVP as well. I see why she always has long waiting list. she make the experience great

Upon arriving at the location I was pretty nervous being a woman who normally goes to a regular salon but since moving from Florida to Sacramento, I needed to find a stylist I felt comfortable going to as well as someone who understood my needs.
After working with Sam, not only was she super friendly and easy to understand as far as what haircut I was looking for but she went above and beyond providing an awesome experience throughout my visit.
I give her a lot of props for providing excellent customer service as well as being patient working on my requests
