Skills of the stylists. They do a really great, professional job in cutting hair. Not like the other chain-type salons where it’s hit or miss. Mostly miss.
Jenna from the Folsom (Blue Ravine) location has been cutting my hair for a few years now and every visit has been great! Every haircut is perfect and her customer service skills are excellent. She is welcoming, friendly, and professional. I don’t know what she is paid but she is worth more!

Dani is extremely friendly, helpful in educating us in how our son's hair cowlick will respond, swift, and always in a great mood. You can tell her staff loves her too as she is always giving out compliments on their work and attitudes as well. She's above amazing!

How stylist handles interaction beginning with the check in, ending with a check out and everything in between determines impression customer gets of the business. Jenna, represents both franchisee and franchisor elegantly. Her goal is to give extraordinary experience to customer every time and make them feel important. Salon is kept clean, well maintained and provides a relaxing atmosphere. TV Volume is kept at a level that doesn’t interfere with conversation between stylist and customer. She is well versed with knowledge of her business and makes recommendations that are thorough and useful.
Excellent service
Kimmie was AMAZING!!! We took our son to get his first hair cut in 8 years! He loved his long wild hair but asked us for a haircut the other day. We supported him and brought him to sports clips and Kimmie was his hair stylist. She did an amazing job. She asked him questions and made him feel comfortable and let him decide how we wanted his hair done. She was so good with him. We were so impressed and we will be taking him back to her for future haircuts and trims. Thank you Kimmie for taking such good care of our boy!

He is 8 years old and had long hair for most of his life so far, so, this was a huge deal for him and for us. We will definitely be taking him back to her for his future haircuts.
