Samantha at the Modesto location was awesome and gave me a great haircut! I will be going back.
1. Free upgrade for first visit was pleasant surprise.
2. The person who cut my hair did exactly what I asked for via a picture.
3. The cut was not rushed, and not to long.
4. Conversation was interesting and seemed genuine.
5. Hair product used was not smelly or greasy.
6. Price seemed fair for service and location.
7. Breadth of options is good.
Did not like:
1. Online App is a little glitchy and does not flow forward or backwards well, especially on arrival.
2. Do not like the baseball analogy used, and that seems it would be even more annoying (stupid) for those who don't know the sport lingo, or are from another country.
3. Seating is to close together and no option not to face a large screen playing annoying commercials. Bad idea. Loosen up the seating and create a more barbor shop lounge, and less of a corporate kindergarten principals office waiting room feel.

Hello I went here yesterday with my 8 year old son to get him a haircut and they did very good and the barber also did really good I don't remember her name but she is from Armenia and she was very kinds and she did well.
Marlene was great. She was very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable.
I was having a stressful day and by the time I walked out, I was fully relaxed and felt like I met a new friend.
My hair looks great and my wife loves it.

This location stays very close to projected times! My experience at other locations is that you can count on there being additional time than was originally quoted . Sometimes 1/2 hour or more beyond original time!
