My preferred stylist, Jenna, is outstanding. Her skills provide me with an excellent haircut every time. The Sports Clip app has improved recently and gives me better information that I used to get previously. However, my data is often confused with another customer with the same name even though we have verified that my profile is completely accurate.

The staff are nice and personable. They keep a log of prior haircuts so that when I return, they know what I like. I've used several different stylists at the facility I use, and all of them are very good. Online check-in with text reminders of upcoming appointment is a great bonus. Wifi access in the store. And sports on the monitors to watch if you wish.
