The Care Coordinator, Allison Suh is very responsive and answers my questions timely. My husband is very pleased with the nurses (Jasmine McDonald & Alayshia Jackson) who spend time with him weekly. They are warm, caring, professional, knowledgeable and take good care of him.

The agency staff that I have dealt with are very patient and go above and beyond to accommodate their clients. Even when we as clients forget, misinterpret or just totally go to left field (self-experience) they are patient and understanding. Plus, they understand and don't make you feel, nor they make you feel guilty about the mistakes you make. Speaking for myself, I'm very comfortable with them in my home and the care provided.

Those attendants that have shown up as scheduled are all nice to work with and patient but more than that, they are polite and clean. I love that agency is very flexible when possible but we as clients must understand it's hard for anyone to fill in at the last minute. I love that they at least make an attempt to resolve the issue or situation I am faced with. They try to ensure that my needs are met. The agency in my opinion go above and beyond to provide the best attendants to ensure my needs are met. I am happy them and would recommend them.
