The staff truly cares about the clients and of course it's CNA's. They do not tolerate disrespect from either party which is how it should be. They take action immediately on any issues you may have positive or negative and will keep you updated on the status of your issue.
Bottom line, I am extremely happy with Comfort Care. The uncertainty I felt on the first day a CNA arrived, my anxiety was off the chart, because I was under the influence of narcotics and my home is my safe place. Now, I'm quite comfortable mainly because the agency takes all the worry out. Basically, making it painless and comfortable.
I'm Grateful they were eventually able to provide the same person on a regular schedule. If you have a surprise appointment, they go above and beyond to find assistance.
As clients, we can help them maintain a great agency by remembering " Respect goes both ways.
