The classes have quality instructors. Unfortunately there aren’t enough instructors. Classes have also been discontinued because there is is no longer anyone to teach them.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love all the different classes, especially yoga and meditation with Barb. The fitness center is great I use the treadmills frequently. I just wish the attendant would not run the vacuum and spray cleaners while folks are working out in there.

That there are not a lot of people there.
I really like the classes. The staff at the front desk are great always happy, helpful and ready to go out of their way to help.

Love the hours. Pool is great. Only do Zumba class but Jessica is the best

Group fitness!!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the instructors! I especially appreciate the effort they make to match music to the workout...shout out to Cindy, Hope & Carmen with cycling & Kira with Barre!!! It really shows that they care & like to keep things fresh to have us coming back for more. The Les Mills instructors are great too...very encouraging & high energy & giving us reminders on form etc. I can't say enough about how great ALL of the instructors are!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I have a personal trainer, Regina, who is wonderful and showing me how to use everything properly in the workout room and when I get into better shape I will do the group activities.
