I use the workout room which has the equipment I use and like. Just as important is the trainers and the front desk staff all quality people.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the new policies regarding youth using the fitness center equipment. My son likes having the opportunity to work out. The new age policy encourages youth to be more active and maintain a healthy lifestyle outside of organized sports. I like the seasonal family friendly events.

Ready access to a lane at the pool at most times for lap swimming. Lots of nice friendly people.

We love using the pool to exercise. The guards are great.

The front desk people are always welcoming.

The exercise equipment is diverse.

We also like the app that allows us to see what is available any day of the week.

Love the exercise classes! Instructors are excellent and knowledgeable about how to make adjustments for neck and shoulder issues.

The aerobic classes are fun and varied! You have a lot to choose from and the people are very friendly. The Director, Leann, is fabulous and fun to work out with!
