Love all the new equipment and layout of the fitness center! It feels like the Y has been reenergized! I think other members feel it too. Congratulations to Nicole and her team and everyone at the Y on a job very well done!!! Also shout out to the excellent personal training staff. If anyone is thinking about starting or changing their exercise or nutrition programs, I highly suggest considering a trainer. It’s a great investment in your health!!
