The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The equipment and facility are both clean and functional. I can’t think of one negative thing to say about my YMCA in Punta Gorda.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Equipment is perfect for me and the few classes i attended were well done, particularly TRX.

I Iove the Les Mills classes, convenient times (early morning and evening), AMAZING staff and instructors, and the other members!
Good choices for members
Closeness of facility and full line of all the equipment needed for my condition. Unfortunately insurance will no longer cover reimbursement and will have to use Silver Sneaker facility.
