Pilates
A comprehensive facility within walking distance.
Wide variety of offerings. Friendly people. Especially love my yoga, Body Shred, and Pilates instructors!

Variety of exercise classes and staff friendliness.
Instructors are great, a lot of different classes available.
I actually prefer Englewood YMCA
Its not as busy and the people are friendlier.

But I do think that members are sometimes very possessive over the area in the class that they want. This makes for some people feeling like they don’t belong.
I think maybe instructors should note at the beginning of class that we are all there to work out and feel better. And that although you may want a particular spot you may not always have it.
It’s sad that we even have to say this but I think it needs to be addressed.
I love Body Pump and Body Combat. Lenka is an excellent instructor. We miss Chris and hope she is up to coming back soon!
