I enjoy working out in the weight room.
I can’t play pickle ball there because it’s so dark in the gym. I love the senior’s classes. Most of all your receptionist was so good and helpful. She is a keeper. I am a Canadian and only come for five months. I’m not sure if I’m going to go back next year because I thought I could play pickle ball there as well but because you don’t change the lightbulbs and at least seven of them were out I probably won’t go back.

The YMCA has a much widerrange of machines for strength and for cardio that most other
competitors can't offer in number or quality. For me, I use specific YMCA equipment to target muscles that alleviate back foot and knee problems. The staff is easy to deal with and are welcoming/problem solving oriented.

Large fitness center with lots of equipment. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wide variety of classes. Hot tub, sauna and pool.

Everything is fine: the facilities, pool, restrooms, etc. My only complaint is the hours… you close too early, at 9:00 pm. Please return to the previous closing time of 10:00 pm.
All of it! Especially the wet steam sauna and shower/pool to make the best of contrast therapy because it’s So Good for circulation- love the new stretching floor space and tables for folks who have trouble getting up from the floor but still need to stretch & love the extra Studio B + the fact that there’s open time to practice dance routines there - dance has proven to keep dementia away! Great classes. Nice facility. Everything good but freezing room where yoga classes are held.
Staff is great and fellow members for the most part are very friendly.
The programs I use are well organized with very qualified instructors, and they're nice people too.
We joined the Y a few years ago. It has everything we need to get our exercise complete and since it was turned over to the Y there have been several up grades. I always tell people that the Y has something for everyone.
Pool is great and pickleball and exercise machines
I love the stem room, sauna and the lap pool. I also like the showers and locker room.

Mary is a great dance instructor and I love to dance
but some people do not. I think it should be listed on your website as just dance and not senior cardio etc
Unfortunately Mary doesn’t adapt with a chair .
Excellent facilities, equipment, classes. Very warm and friendly welcoming place.

I like the indoor pool and the instructors. The warm water helps my joints.
