Spinning in a class as well as a private trip is great! I'm new to spinning, and it's invigorating and fun. I also really appreciate the trainer's help with setting me up with the weights. Sharing is thorough and so helpful! I have lost some strength especially in my legs & I'm encouraged knowing that I can work out when it's convenient for me, to improve this situation.
Good instructor, beneficial exercises
You offer a wide variety of group classes that are available at a variety of times. When I was younger, I would do advanced yoga. After a few incidences, I’ve had to go to gentle yoga, and I am gradually building my strength up again. Even for one person that is why the variety of classes and times is so important andcannot be overstated. I miss balletone. I would go out of my way when it was only at Euclid. I wish that would come back for adults.
You have worked very hard at upgrading the facility in the last year or two (now you just have to work on the women’s locker room please and thank you). The new machines have added to my goal for an overall workout.
Everybody on staff is always very nice.

I’m employing a personal trainer with success. I highly recommend others do the same all the time. Ms.Jacqueline Krusewski is wonderful trainer. Also, the facility is in good shape, kept clean. It’s a relatively short drive to get there. We enjoy our time there.
Childcare, hours, renewed equipment
Like the y and used to do classes- I mostly do track, bike and machines-
Would like to see more classes for 80 yr. Olds.
The classes do not need to be scheduled in advance. It’s easy to fit into my schedule

All of it the gym in the daycare are exceptionally well run we love Sabrina. We take advantage of the pickle ball and basketball.
The instructors are very good, very knowledgeable and make it fun
Women on Weights
Great job with teaching young children in pool about swimming.
Have exercises and classes for all. I like especially the sit and fit w Tom and better balance w Sasha.
The swimming pool is excellent. It has racquetball courts and basketball courts a new exercise equipment. A lot of stuff to do there.
I like the older adult classes of yoga with Donna and Ethie's upbeat aerobic sessions on Tue, Wed and Thur. These classes keep me going thru my 80's and I hope beyond.
I really like the Tai Chi class by Gina cause it's not to fast and the same time,we move all the body. She is great.Also I attend the Primetime,i like but sometimes it's so fast for me,but I try to do it.Every one is so nice in this center,that why I keep coming for the activities in this Center for a long time ago.Thanks for everyone.

Pilates Reformer group classes. Reasonably priced, small class size ensures individualized attention, and best Pilates instructor I’ve ever had - Val Shanaberger.
I only do spin and sprint classes.

I like the quantity and variety you offer work out equipment. I have not participated in any programs nor activities.
