A lot to choose from
There are so many and lots of times to choose from. The facilities are to notch - always so clean, paper and wipes always full, equipment is like new.
My one negative is that all the weekly morning spin classes are at 5;10, which is super early. You used to have at least one at 5:45, which was great and I wish at least 1 or 2 were offered just a bit later.

Something for everyone no matter the age
The equipment is exactly what I was looking for, a mix of aerobic, free weights and rope machines and it is clean and in great shape
The Y facility and staff are top notch and I would recommend it to anyone. To any one with any disability challenge (like myself) I am particularly thrilled with the Partnership program (https://www.ymcametronorth.org/news/torigian-family-ymca-partnership-program/) .. Steve (my trainer) is helping me learn how best to exercise to strengthen and preserve what I do have. I have sore muscles in places I didn't even know I had muscles .. And I can tell what an improvement I am seeing. Two friends I referred to Steve also report how pleased they are with his effective results for them.
Just retired and looking to keep healthy
The senior classes are very good but often too crowded. More classes for senior fitness would be great like weight training without injury, flex and stretch, balance improvement.
I’ve only been a member for one week but have found a wide variety of activities to choose from. Class instructors are fantastic. Very open to helping beginners have a good experience. Also really like the app.

Really enjoyed this class! Each week had a slightly different format which kept it interesting. We learned new exercises that were challenging but not intimidating. Madison was a great instructor! She made us feel comfortable and helped us get stronger :)

I wish there where more considerations for special needs my kids are autistic and I feel that they will benefit more if there was more training on how to instruct children with autism.
