I like how you have a variety of classes but wish you had more availability in the early, early mornings and later evenings.
I very much appreciate the senior programs available to me. My instructors are very cognizant of our age group and safely guide us through mind and body strengthening practices. I am grateful for the opportunity to belong to a YMCA. Not everyone has this opportunity.

Classes
Really enjoy the Senior Fitness and Stay Fit exercise groups- just my speed! Also take Chair Yoga and Zumba Gold. The teachers are great- knowledge and take care to correct/recognize ways to improve student's form.
A variety of options
I like it because there are many good choices of workout classes for all ages. After class, we could leave our opinions and thoughts on the review, the great thing is our voices were heard and things got improve.
