Several programs for seniors
Joey is amazing with my daughter! He goes at her pace so she’s comfortable and always offers a small report after she’s done.
The homeschool program has been such a wonderful addition to our weekly routine. Caylee and Joey are so fun with the kids. My 2 children who attend look forward to every Monday.
So far the kids have really enjoyed their lessons. The small student to coach ratio means that they have gotten a lot of attention and have progressed so much in a relatively short period of time.
Natalie's only on her third class with the YMCA but WOW. My older two children took YMCA swim lessons with a bubble way back before this new method of no bubble/smaller classes. In her three short weeks, I think she has more awareness and attention - and really the reality of what it takes to learn how to swim. I can read her lips telling her instructors each week "NO" when it comes to jumping in or trying something new, but they always manage to coax her into trying whatever she is apprehensive about. I'm very impressed - thank you!
My kids are loving the programs they are in. My so is doing basketball and my daughter is in the running program. The instructors/coaches have been wonderful.

I only use the gym and track. The equipment and track are all that I need. And more importantly is the facility is always clean.
I love the 9am water aerobic classes and my husband loves the upstairs gym and enjoys being with the people who go there weekdays.
The best workout experience I've had. Friendly and helpful staff. It sounds like a stock statement, but it gets me there when times are tough.
