The staff are great, the ease of scheduling appointments, and the fun events!
We like Dogtopia so far. The dogs seem to enjoy going and we like the picts posted on Instagram and Facebook.
One thing that could use some improvement are the cameras. The few times we logged in to view, it doesn't connect. The angle of the camera is poorly located (very dim from camera view) in the large dog room as well.

Taylor and the coaches really love the dogs and, especially important to me because my dog can sometimes be grumpy and/or quirky, they work hard to get to know each and every one of their charges. Even though my pup doesn't particularly enjoy being with other dogs, he prances right into Dogtopia happily. Having him in a situation a few days a week where he has to acclimate to being with other dogs, is an important opportunity in my opinion!

I love the staff (each genuinely care about and know your pup), I love the personal touches (photos on social media/theme events/etc), I love that I can check in on the live videos when I’m at work if I want, and I love that you offer grooming services(we take advantage of nail trims often).

Dogtopia is a clean and friendly environment for my puppy. She has grown a lot in the few months she’s been there and is much more able to socialize now. She gets so excited when we arrive there!

I have been coming to Dogtopia - Brick since July of 2024 and have raved about it to everyone I meet! The staff is friendly, and the senior leadership is both respectful and helpful. I appreciate the time taken to speak with me when issues have occurred to get them resolved and to do better moving forward.
My dog loves going every week and is something that has benefited him so positively! He has lost weight, has become less destructive, and is a much happier dog overall. I look forward to bringing him somewhere I know he is safe and cared for when I am traveling for work.

The app makes scheduling a breeze, and the attentive staff put me at ease when I’m dropping off my pup for either daycare or boarding. They provide report cards about my dog’s stay, and they take special care when providing spa services as well!
