Angus had lots of fun with the amazing staff and all the wonderful dogs that were there during daycare. We're happy our dog was looked after in a safe environment. I enjoyed checking on him via cameras, that was comforting. he was exhausted that evening and was running through the door when he returned for another visit. We absolutely love and appreciate the staff and the services they provided our Princess Racks! Immediately over the phone I felt their genuine service and care. Not to mention the minute we arrived how they embraced us. The staff at the Union location is very friendly, fun, educated and super sweet. Bring your fur baby there like yesterday!! Thanks guys Racks has so much fun getting groomed and playing! Will be back soon!

Big shout out to Rachel at Wilmington Dogtopia! She is the kindest most compassionate person ever and we are lucky to have her! She is 100% the reason I would recommend this business.
I like the staff and how they treat my girl. She cannot wait to get there and when we do, she is excited to see everyone. They, in turn, are happy to see her too. My girl plays hard and it is good to know that the staff knows when to put her in timeout so that she can relax a little. They are also aware of her allergies and make sure to watch what she eats. By the time I go to pick her up, she is still excited and wants to say goodbye to everyone. Once in the car, she has some water and takes a nap. Upon arriving at home, she eats her dinner and sleeps for the rest of the night. There is no doubt she is being socialized and exercised! I also love all the theme stuff they do with the pups, like prom night, back to school, "traveling' with their passports; and I appreciate that they are collaborating with NAVBB to help pups in need. My girl is signed up to be a blood donor.
The staff at Dogtopia Franklin Village are amazingly kind, caring, and compassionate. We have three dogs with very different needs and personalities, and they have been able to make each one feel at home. Staff have identified when one of our dogs needs an extra bit of TLC, has proactively offered to trim their nails when I've run out of time, and they are always willing to update me directly if anything feels off. I love that everyone there knows my dogs.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and most importantly they are very good with the dogs, my pup has a great time and comes home happy and exhausted. We were visiting in the area and they made him feel right at home! A great way to make sure your pup is safe and has a great time while you’re out and about, at home or on the road.

The staff is always so friendly!!! My dog is very shy of people and she likes to come here so I know she feels comfortable with the dog supervisors. I Lovvveee the camera feature and checking to see what my pup is doing. I have a really hard time leaving my dog somewhere so this gives me such a mega peace of mind. Also it helps that this place is nearly escape proof with the doors behind doors, some daycares don’t have this level of security.

The attendance are very friendly and seem to handle the dogs well. I was disappointed in the last stay because they put my dog in the romper room instead of the toy dog room. He’s a 40 pound dog, but he had previously been evaluated and the toy dog room was where he was placed. The larger dogs tend to want to mount him and he hates that. The toy dog room was therefore determined to be more appropriate for him. When I came to pick him up on September 29, he was plucked from the romper room.
