The staff at this location is fantastic. Everyone is so engaging when I drop Asher off. He’s delighted. I love the events. They have back-to-school pictures, Halloween pictures, birthdays, and everything else. I feel they exhibit special attention towards my dog, but they may just do it for all dogs. I still think that they go above and beyond, and I’m forever grateful.

The Dogtopia of Downtown DC staff members, lead by Michel, are all amazing! They truly love dogs and treat all the pups with so much love. My dog is *obsessed* with his Dogtopia humans, and loves playing with all the other sweet pups as well. I take so much comfort knowing my dog is in such good hands while I’m at work or away from home.

The staff at Dogtopia is very attentive and caring. My dog, Stella, goes every week for socialization. She's not the best with most people but she does very well there in Dogtopia's environment.

Angus had lots of fun with the amazing staff and all the wonderful dogs that were there during daycare. We're happy our dog was looked after in a safe environment. I enjoyed checking on him via cameras, that was comforting. he was exhausted that evening and was running through the door when he returned for another visit. With that we know he was having a blast. thanks all at Norwell, you are 10+

The team at Dogtopia No. Hampton is always very responsive & helpful. They make taking my pup for play or stays very easy! I always appreciate their professional but super pleasant interactions with with my whole family.
We absolutely love and appreciate the staff and the services they provided our Princess Racks! Immediately over the phone I felt their genuine service and care. Not to mention the minute we arrived how they embraced us. The staff at the Union location is very friendly, fun, educated and super sweet. Bring your fur baby there like yesterday!! Thanks guys Racks has so much fun getting groomed and playing! Will be back soon!

Big shout out to Rachel at Wilmington Dogtopia! She is the kindest most compassionate person ever and we are lucky to have her! She is 100% the reason I would recommend this business.
I like the staff and how they treat my girl. She cannot wait to get there and when we do, she is excited to see everyone. They, in turn, are happy to see her too. My girl plays hard and it is good to know that the staff knows when to put her in timeout so that she can relax a little. They are also aware of her allergies and make sure to watch what she eats. By the time I go to pick her up, she is still excited and wants to say goodbye to everyone. Once in the car, she has some water and takes a nap. Upon arriving at home, she eats her dinner and sleeps for the rest of the night. There is no doubt she is being socialized and exercised! I also love all the theme stuff they do with the pups, like prom night, back to school, "traveling' with their passports; and I appreciate that they are collaborating with NAVBB to help pups in need. My girl is signed up to be a blood donor.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The areas where the dogs play are clean and seem to be well supervised. I appreciate that Ginger is given something to eat while she is at Dogtopia and has a chance for some "down time". So far, Ginger and I are really enjoying the program.
