Not only did she produce a great report, but she gave us
a lot of wise advice on the issue that was of most concern
to us - basement leakage.
It was a very nice change to get an independent evaluation
of the state of our house - for long-term repair planning - rather

The objectivity and personal appeal to detail of the home inspector is what got me hooked so much so that within the same month I engaged the service of Carson Dunlop. I would also love to see the opening up on new areas servicing the buyers in the real estate market.

The entire thing had to be arranged in a short time and Scott showed up as promised. I cold not be with him during the inspection, but I fee that he did a through job with it spotting large and small items. He took the time to call me and insist that we chat about the report. I'm so glad he did. He explained everything in detail. Great guy, detailed, thorough!
