The inspector was polite and effecient. My only complaint is that in the report he indicated that he did not check the washer/dryer as there were clothes in them (after the fact). If he had mentioned it to me while on site we could have worked around it. Now there may be a risk that the washer dryer is defective but I wont be able to know about it until I take possession of the condo.
