I like my dance teacher, Teresa, a lot. I like your location and the feeling in the studio - unpretentious, friendly and professional. Everyone seems to want to make it a good experience. I have and I will continue to tell my friends about Chicago Dance! I even talk about how much fun I'm having with people I know at Scoozi. You should find some way to partner with them to promote Chicago Dance and their restaurant, of course. Good for the neighborhood!

You allow customized private lessons - Fred Astaire and Arthur Murray forced us to follow their program and the dances they wanted to teach us and in what order. Carlos has gotten right down to what we wanted to do (private lessons), at any level, with any dance. Plus he is a rockstar teacher! He works magic.
Great class for beginners! My boyfriend and I were sold on the whole 7-week session after attending Jessica's first class today. Looking forward to learning the basics in Dancing For Every Occasion 1!

Your instructors are friendly, supportive, and very good teachers. They correct mistakes without judgement and explain technique very clearly, as many times as it takes for us to understand them.
My private lesson with Gina was great. The taught me the basics for EC/WC Swing and NC-2Step, plus the right underarm turn. I'm hooked! I loved it and can't wait to take more lessons.

I think Carlos is extremely good at teaching a beginner. I think he is probably the only person from whom I can learn to dance. Everyone is very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Chicago Dance to a friend or business associate.
