When a customer books an appt a month ahead to get a winterized at 10:30 in the morning they should get same day service so they do not have to make two trips. 88 k round trip. I Received same day service in 2018, 19, 20 , 21, 23. Was told my service person they never do that. If booked way ahead one is then already in the planning of a days schedule. Please reply to my comment

Quick Friendly Service
I had an issue with the 5th wheel I bought and it was resolved the next day without any issues.
We did not do much of a tour of the showroom so I can’t speak to that. The selection of new n used trailers seemed to represent a broad spectrum of budgets! So thats smart and helpful to see whats available!
The services or rather the sales and financial team was the clincher for us! Kyle in sales and Eric in finance answered all our “ newbie” questions and was very sincere and supportive to help us make the deal happen. Kim and I have both been in the service / sales industry.
