Cause I trust four Season
The service department were nice to deal with. Good service. But I'm disappointed in the quality of the mini travel trailer that I bought. I would have thought it was better than what I ended up with. Unfortunately I'm stuck with it. In all Four Seasons are on the top of my list.

It's very early to comment about the product yet, but we like what we see. So far, everything works the way it's suppose too. We plan on going to Alberta for a month, we will have a better idea then. We found the King Bed mattress too firm for our first night sleep, we have ordered a foam top for it.
We like the people and the service they provide, we had an issue with a Part that we bought and they replaced it right away.
we have only had the trailer for week and haven't really had a chance to use it. but the staff in Winnipeg were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend you to other people for sure.
Our salesman was very good and patient. He had a good sense of humor. The service department is also prompt. A few issues were identified at our orientation and they took pictures and ensured us that they will be addressed.
I received a reply to my inquiry about the trailer long after business hours. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Got an appointment for a walk through and financing very quickly. The manager also provided us with a wall mounted tv that was missing from the 2016 trailer we purchased.

Had an issue with a water pump on the May long weekend and Four Seasons was able to coordinate a service tech to come out to our seasonal site to replace the defective water pump!! Great service!!

Do need some work on communications amongst staff. Not all service requests are being processed as requested. Sometimes takes several requests. Detail and documentation are imperative to getting the request done correctly.
Our salesperson Marlon was excellent. He spent the time with us to go over everything and difference between trailers. Since this was our first trailer purchase he went over all our questions and he was not a high pressure sales person which we liked.
Our finance lady I believe her name was Cherry. She was also very nice to deal with. She went over all the extended warranty etc with us. She made the payments work to suit us and made sure we were comfortable with them.
Our walk through gentlemen which I don't remember his name. He was a older gentleman and had been there for quite a few years was excellent. Like I said it was our first trailer purchase and he made sure we knew everything we needed to know before leaving.
We did buy quite a few parts and a add a room when we picked up our trailer. The heavier set man in the parts department was not overly friendly or that helpful.
Overall had a great experience buying our first trailer except I was not overly impressed with the parts department.

Trustworthy sales personnel who provide good follow up communication on the status of our order. Very efficient at setting up and conducting the demo on how to operate all of the features and functions of the new trailer. Very prompt delivery of the trailer upon completion of the demo. Best experience we have ever had for purchasing a big ticket item, especially during the pandemic.
