I like the hideout but hoping the Keystone Hideout RV services was doing it properly on their products like sealed it properly on the roof because it was really poor workmanship and roof has lots of bubbles and the screw on cabinets and the stapler wire shouldn’t be popping out. I really like how four seasons Mirah Duarte and the other services help us out for what we need and concerns. I am looking forward that the four seasons will meet our needs and concerns. Thank you!

Whether you are buying an expensive new trailer or a used one, the staff spend the time that is needed to ensure you are getting the trailer you want. We purchased a used trailer in the fall of 2020. Before we picked it up, the staff ensured that anything we wanted replaced or repaired was done for us. Everything was in great working order. In the spring, we brought it back to 4 Seasons and they got it ready for the camping season. We would definitely go back for any of our trailer needs.

I went to the dealership to verify when the repair on my trailer would be completed. I needed to know this because the repair work was unexpected and I had already booked a camping site. To my surprise my trailer was already fixed and they were about to call me. I was surprised and very pleased with the quick repair they completed for me. Good job!!!!

The customer service was excellent. We had a couple issues with our used camper after we got it home and Four Seasons took care of it right away. Friendly staff.
