Very friendly, quick service and great price

We liked everything from the Sales person Kyle, the finance person Amanda, and the person that gave us the tour of the new trailer Ron.

I found that Andrew (Sales) and Will (Finance) were very eager and willing to keep our business although we bought a used trailer and not a brand new one.

Kept in the loop and always reachable.

Service was outstanding on every aspect! Better than I ever thought. The team worked well and efficiently. Communication on all ends was top notch. Way to go Andrew, Eric, and even tech guys Marty and Paul. Highly recommend and would come back in a heartbeat. Job well done.

The new trailer was quite appealing to us being so bright inside and looked like good quality and smaller than the current one we had. Bob Logan showed us what was on the lot in what length of trailer we wanted. He even had no problem going outside in the miserable rain showers we were having on our first day of viewing. We came back again, sat down with Bob, he wrote out a deal, it was approved and all was good. A week later we went through an inspection with Ron who was great and then it was delivered to our site - 3 hours away by a fella named Jamie who was a great driver and skilled at moving around trailers.

Very nice people we laughed and joked around thy got us what we wanted very friendly place to go I would send everyone there to get a RV camper

The products are all very well cared for and presented really great. They had everything needed to just start and go and the stuff they are willing to add in that you don’t think about is amazing

Communication

Most of the people always is friendly and happy to help ( I said most cuz y find that one person went a bit mad cuz I didn’t take the extended warranty that’s she offered, you can feel how the people change their attitude with you) but, we’re very happy with our trailer, well we just use it one time till now, also we get the trailer with empty propane but Thomas already take the lead and help us with that, also he will send someone to check on a issue with the water heater.. I also already referred one of my close friends to get a trailer from you, that’s because I trust on you!! My friend he is waiting for his trailer and we will enjoy good time together!! Staff was the very best.

Products are comparable to other lines, it’s your service department that sets you apart from the rest.

From the second we walked in the door to look at some units, we were greeted and then asked to take a seat while they call someone to come see us.

Took only a few minutes and then Joe came to greet ask, ask how he could help and what we were looking for and then brought us to see a bunch of units that matched our wants.

Joe mentioned he had an appointment pre-booked with another customer in a half hour after we arrived as just a walk-in customer, but he was able to still help us out. We felt like we rushed him but he assured us we had time to at least start looking.

We left with three units in mind and said we would contact him back.

We booked another date to look at the three units we were thinking of plus two more and really asked lots of questions, then settled on one with everything we wanted.

We came back another day and finalized the payment, and had a unit walkthrough with Marty.

Marty was amazing and you could tell he had been in the trailer industry for a full career, he was tentative to all our needs, he ran around like crazy making sure everything was just right and to line up anything and everything we were asking for.

Marty helped us grab all the little extras that I had on my check list of items we needed/wanted to purchase, and he recommended all the right stuff. He even told us we didn't need a couple items I thought I wanted, but he was correct in his advice.

We have been back a couple times to return an item we bought that we didn't need/want in the end and everytime we go into four seasons, everyone is just friendly all around.

Delivery was arranged with a fast turn around, from day we finalized payment to day it rolled onto our seasonal site. The deliver driver Rob moved the 5th wheel onto our site and adjusted it perfectly to where we wanted, everything was taken care of from leveling to hooking up power, water and sewer. He made sure the slide outs cleared everything on our site and was all around super helpful and patient too.

Sales, financing, parts, delivery and service staff, can't say enough about how great they are.

Highly recommend making a trip to visit them is your are looking for a new or used trailer is 5th wheel.

The after sales service is excellent
