Improvements:
Don't place stickers on surfaces that damage the surface when stickers are peeled off.
Don't place a sticker on the counter top telling me the unit has been winterized. The sticker is on their with glue that will not let go. It has to be scraped off with a razor knife.

Doug was very helpful in service. I had never had to go through an insurance claim on my travel trailers before. I have had travel trailers for 40 years. He took the time and explained the procedure and was most helpful in fixing other issues associated with the trailer not associated to the insurance claim. I bought the trailer at four seasons and will always get my future issues with the trailer repaired there if they should arise.

Staffs from sales, accounting, to service are very professional, nice, and friendly. They are very transparent with their pricing and very thorough in explaining the pricing, payments, interest rates with different banks, etc. The walk through is thorough and patiently responded into our questions.

I think your services are awesome! Your product s are made with good quality and stand up very well. Your staff are wonderful and very helpful with all of my needs . They are very friendly and knowledgeable. When I bought my trailer used I was very pleased on how they went over things on the trailer and when I ran into an issue I was able to phone them and they helped me remedy it. Good job four seasons keep up the great work !!

We appreciated the fact that your sales associates and staff were efficient and knowledgeable and if anyone was not totally up to par on questions we may have had. They were not hesitant to reach out to somebody else within to find answers for us.
Won’t have an opinion on products until next spring when we pick up our fifth wheel and products and begin to use them. At which time we will also have an opportunity to see how the services promised have been implemented.

Lew, service agent, was exelent. He kept me informed, on my repair. He involved me the repair direction, and advised the best outcome. The technician, who i did not get his name, did a great job. The mechanical, and electrical was done verry well.my 5th wheel was treated with the upmost care, the work was neat and tidy.

Heading out on a week vacation to North Dakota we were passing through Winnipeg when we appreciated that our brakes on our fifth wheel we’re not working. Knowing that four season sales is located in Headingley. We decided to see if they could determine the problem, not knowing whether it was a simple fix or a major problem. We dealt with Lew. He was most accommodating, very pleasant to deal with and found us a technician who worked on our trailer for a short period of time and located at the issue a broken wire shorting out below. He repaired it and had us back on the road with an hour. Needless to say we are impressed.
