Although we didn't sign in online they got us in right away. The stylist was very friendly & asked s lot of questions to make sure his cut was what we wanted. Didn't buy any products this time but have before & they r wonderful. I love the tea tree. & My boys loved the colored hair gel.

I always get a good hair cut and I really like the additions (neck massage, hot towel and scalp rub). The only thing I don’t like is that the online check out does help but the timing is never correct. If it says to show up at 1:00 and they should be ready by 1:10. I don’t get seen until 1:45.

What I like most about Sports Clips is the washing of your head to remove excess hair after the haircut is given. Nothing is worse then getting those tiny pieces of hair all over your car or house after getting a haircut.

I normally don’t do surveys, however I would like to say that I am very happy that their is a male stylist among the staff at this location. Matt cut my hair and did a fantastic job. His personality, like everyone else that has cut my hair there, was professional, yet fun. This is not a knock against any of the women that have cut my hair at this location, it’s a compliment to this store’s diversity and inclusivity. Even the commercials for sports clips shows just women in training. To me this is going above and beyond to show that anyone can be a valued team member at sports clips, and this type of business behavior will keep me coming back for a long time.
